Angelica Bengtsson

Angelica Therese Bengtsson (Swedish track and field athlete) is well-known for her pole vaulting talents. She was the winner of the first Summer Youth Olympics, held in Singapore 2010 as the first woman to achieve pole vault success. Bengtsson has been awarded gold medals in the 2009 World Youth Championships and the 2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban, born on 4 November 1986 in Payatas (Quezon City) was the child of a Filipina mother. Her birthplace was in Payatas, Quezon City November 4 in 1986. Her mother died on the 4th of November in Singapore as did her father, an American who hails from Iowa and is an ex- US Navy member.
